Mart and its partners are aware that the operations that it supports can have an effect on local communities. It is part of Mart's business strategy to have a good relationship with the local communities where it operates, based on mutual respect and trust.
Mart and its partners provide scholarship for students from the local and surrounding communities. In addition they strive to employ at least 75% of its unskilled on-site workers from the local community.
